Payment
I only accept PayPal for payments. International moneyorders and checks are more trouble than they’re worth, costs a lot to cash and it’s simply not worth it. Chances are that you’re using PayPal already, but if not, go check it out. It’s a neat service that let people pay with credit or debit card without exposing their card numbers. All I see when you place an order is your name, address, email and what you’ve ordered. In return PayPal pulls 3% plus 0.30 USD for me using their service. And then Etsy takes 0.20 USD per listing, so I make a bit less than you pay, but it’s the best method I’ve found.

Postage
Pads are relatively light and easy to ship, so I try to keep my shipping fees down to a minimum. For customers within Sweden I don’t charge anything for shipping at all. If you live anywhere else I take 3.00 USD for the first pad, and 1.00 USD for each pad after that. The pads will arrive in a plain, white envelope (padded if you order a lot of stuff!) with my name and address as sender, and that’s all.

Refunds
If a seam bursts, a fabric fades ridiculously much (a bit you have to count on as the pads are washed) or a snap falls off, email me at kaia-at-procraftination-dot-se and describe the problem. I will email you back with my post address so you can send the pad back to me. And if it’s the kind of flaw that is not easily repaired I will replace your pad with one of equal value.
